Press the Income Accelerator: Your Web Site

Press the Income Accelerator: Your Web Site

What's the fastest way to get your internet business launched in one single day while at the same time waiting for your web site to be completed?

Does this idea sound crazy? Well, it’s not. It’s a fact of life that today entrepreneurs can launch their businesses in as little as a few hours in one day.

All you need is one page really. You need a way to offer something of value for free and allowing people to opt in to your list of subscribers in order to receive your free gift.

This one page strategy has many names, but as you know “a rose by any other name is still a rose.” Terri Levine of The Coaching Institute calls this page a “squeeze” page while some call it an “opt-in” page and others, a lead generation page.

By any name, though, this page has a lot of power. I smile as I’m hoping you’ve learned by now that when someone speaks about one page on the internet, it usually means several steps to be complete. At times you may even feel that to focus on ONE thing for your internet business could mean ten different web pages to connect the whole process!

Have no fear, though. Even though your squeeze page is a little more than one page, the rest of the process is really fast and easy also.

As I listened to many people asking questions about how the squeeze page process works, I found they were still confused. I decided to get the instructions in writing with graphics and charts to help explain the process so people understood it enough to apply it. Squeeze Magic
is that handbook. At http://www.squeezemagic.com you can find out more about it.

Remember, knowing makes makes no difference. Only applying what you know makes the difference!

Warmly,

Money as an Expression of Appreciation

Money as an Expression of Appreciation

The subject of money is a very thought-provoking one it seems.

I was just listening to some information from Bob Scheinfeld about our relationship to money and suddenly realized something about it.

It's only an expression of appreciation - nothing more. This is one explanation of the some of the emotions that happen regarding the amount of money we have. For example, isn't it fun when money is abundant and we happily pay the requested fees for a service without negotiating them? We love expressing our appreciation fully when we feeeeel we can do so.

It also feeeels great when others seem happy to pay our requested fees without attempting to negotiate them down. Sometimes when we negotiate a fee it's because we don't really HAVE the requested amount but do desire the service enough to find some way to obtain it. We may appreciate the service highly, yet lack the funding at that point in time.

There is also a process to educating people on the value of what we offer sometimes. For example, some skills are developed over a lifetime even though taking only a few minutes to present, such as a musical performance. A musicians fees may seem high to someone who is unaware of the work it took to acquire mastery of the instrument played.

One way to develop appreciation for the services we want to solicit is to attempt the task on our own. Once we have tried the work ourselves, we often realize what is involved and no longer question the fees for it. We are happy to pay just to make sure we don't have to figure out the item for ourselves.

Think about this: pretty much any one of us CAN cut the grass in our front yards. Yet how many of us will gladly pay even a high fee to have someone else cut it for us? We KNOW we don't WANT to do it whether we can or not. We know what it takes and we are happy to avoid that work! lol

Connecting

Connecting

Connecting with others when creating a successful business is essential. I've connected with people online as well as offline and it has made a huge difference in my success. I love to partner with people.

Advantages are:
  • Joint venturing. It doubles your field of influence.
  • It allows for more diverse information to share with loyal subscribers and clients. You can serve more needs.
  • It is a fabulous supportive system. With some of my online colleagues, we have become so trusting and connected it almost seems as if they are family members or best friends.
  • Referrals based on their knowing you and the quality of your work.
Here are some tips on what to look for when you wish to connect with others:
  • Are they consistent?
  • Do they share freely?
  • Are they in action?
  • Are their conversations forward bound - meaning, not stuck in whining mode?
  • Do they sometimes form their own groups for achieving specific goals?
  • Are they coachable regarding improvements?
  • Are they open to new ideas?
  • Are they continuing to educate themselves through books and seminars?
Remember, those people wish to connect with people with the same traits. Be consistent always. Be accountable always. These two traits will reap huge dividends for you in every area of your life.

Finding the people with these traits and being found by them is not an overnight discovery usually but can be at times based on what people say about the person.

Sharing Blunders

Sharing Blunders

I just saw a post at simpleology.com where someone shared a blunder made in an internet marketing technique. It's good for us all to share our blunders so maybe it will keep us from the same ones at least. You know the saying,

"Experience is the best teacher....
preferrably someone else's." lol

My own most recent blunder is writing about what I want to write about without asking if it's anything anyone else wants to know. I heard on Warren Whitlock's call last night that I had followed the formula they called, "Create and Hope" instead of "Ask and Offer." Kevin Nations teaches how to apply that formula powerfully.

It's ok. I'm going through the E-Code by Joe Vitale and Jo Han Mok now with a friend so did my keyword research before writing my ebook - instead of the hot topics the book mentions how to find - and will put an ebook on ebay to see what happens.

Great way to learn - from the blunders of others!

Juanita

PS Share your blunders here. You can make a difference
for a LOT of people!!
